The European  women  are ready to play leadership roles in society, in workplaces, public institutions, the politics, everywhere.

When women take up leadership roles,  they  act with intelligence, determination, and also have   that particular emotional intelligence that puts the human factor in the first place.

This has led to transform the  womens'  diversity,  from a problematic factor into a strong point, because  they are able  to innovate  the way  to conduct   the  organizations .in accordance with the new requirements of  the economy.

All together,during  the three-day of Congress, with the collaboration of excellent speakers and institutional authorities , we will find the best way to bring out the value of women !

On Saturday there will be panel discussions and  workshops exploring  on various arguments
as per program.

Dear Members, honored guests,

I am looking forward to meeting you at the European Congress in Sorrento on the theme “Empowering women for leadership – Womens’ innovation for a sustainable future”.

It is open to BPW members and guests.

We will devote three days to special topics of how women can increase their knowledge and use their strengths to become leaders in economy, in society and in politics, which is important in these times.

This will be a weekend of panel discussions with high level participants and interesting workshops where you have the chance to meet BPW members, role models and outstanding speakers. There are many opportunities to network, to learn, to have fun and meet old and new friends from all over Europe!

The congress venue is situated on a gentle slope overlooking the vibrant city of Sorrento, with exquisite views of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. You will enjoy this pleasant atmosphere during this exceptional congress.

For our young members the International Young BPW congress is held at the same time and place and we hope to welcome many young members and guests.
