Administration:

Online Registration is available until August 30, 2012.
With your online registration, you will receive a mail confirmation. Please print this confirmation and have it ready for your check-in at the Registration Desk in Sorrento.
You will receive your participant’s folder and the official confirmation bill after checking in at the Registration Desk in Sorrento.

The Registration Desk will open at the Hilton Sorrento Palace  on Friday, September 28 at 15:00h and re-open  on Saturday  at 8:00h.

Accommodation:

Please book directly at the hotels. We have special agreements with Hilton Palace until 20^th May. The month of September in Italy is a month of high season and you risk not finding rooms if you book late.
We therefore strongly recommend to book as early as possible.

For those who book the Hilton until 20^th May we will do a raffle and you can win one night at Hilton Palace!
